I am a project manager of both two teams Platform and R&D. Our projects ranked in the top 10 in the US in application stores.
• I understood the requests from other teams and other projects, documented them and shared them with the team.
• I planned and managed projects, defining scope, goals, and timelines.
• I oversaw AWScloud infrastructure and DevOps processes, implementing best practices.
• I coordinated R&D activities, driving innovation and evaluating new technologies
• I ensured deliverables met quality standards and project requirements.

Also, as a project manager, I developed a serverless task management application. This application pulls data from Jira daily
and sends reminders to the team and me based on predefined rules. AWS Python and Typescript were used in this project.
