We are a B2B SaaS company with our website and blog pages hosted on Webflow, which serve as our primary lead generation tools. As such, maintaining and optimizing these pages is critical to our business success.

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Webflow developer to take over the maintenance of our existing website and blog, as well as to assist in creating new landing pages and making necessary adjustments to blog pages. Our previous developer was highly skilled but has moved on to another project, and we need someone equally talented to fill this role.

Our product, website and written communication language in the company is in English. However, majority of our team speaks Turkish therefore we speak Turkish in meetings but keep everything written in English. Please consider this when applying. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Website Maintenance: Regularly update and maintain our Webflow website to ensure it functions optimally, addressing any issues promptly.
• Landing Page Creation: Design and develop new landing pages as needed, focusing on user experience, conversions, and aligning with our brand aesthetics.
• Blog Management: Make tweaks and updates to blog pages to improve readability, engagement, and overall performance.
• SEO Optimization: Implement best practices in on-page SEO to ensure our site remains highly visible in search engine rankings.
• Performance Enhancement: Monitor and enhance website speed and performance, ensuring no degradation in the user experience or our current SEO standings.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven Webflow Expertise: Strong experience in Webflow, including developing, maintaining, and optimizing websites.
• UI/UX Sensitivity: A detailed eye for design and a strong understanding of user behavior and conversion-focused web design.
• SEO Knowledge: Experience with on-page SEO best practices, including metadata, alt text, and structural optimizations.
• Performance Optimization: Skills in optimizing web performance, ensuring fast load times and smooth functionality.
• Problem-Solving Attitude: Ability to troubleshoot issues independently and provide creative solutions that align with business goals.
• Excellent Communication: Clear and prompt communication skills to collaborate effectively with our team.
