By Lamp is a company that produces decorative lighting products and markets these products all over the world through e-commerce. My job in this company is to achieve digital transformation. I am working on the transformation project of the company's existing website.
My job description;
- Providing Shopify integration, one of the no-code platforms for the infrastructure of the new website,
- Redesigning the user experience by considering the needs and habits of By Lamp customers,
- SEO optimizations,
- Optimization of sales channels,
- Advertising, marketing and social media strategies,
- Redesign of product packaging to be environmentally friendly and cost-effective,
- Development of product tracking systems,
- Increasing efficiency in organizational structure.
Digital Project Manager

- Working closely with the customer to identify and document project requirements.
- Confirming technical requirements and assisting with the development of technical specifications.
